Sozni Kashmir – Return & Credit Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s how our return process works:

1. Returns

• Accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Credit Notes (No Cash and bank payment Refunds)

• Please note: We do not issue cash and bank payment refunds.
• Eligible returns will receive a credit note equal to the item’s value.
• Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and must be used within this validity period.
• Any unused credit after the expiry date will automatically lapse and cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
  
• Purchases made using a credit note are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Return an Item

• Email us at soznikashmir@gmail.com to start a return.
• Once approved, we will provide the return address.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
